One hour consultation
We will begin with an initial consultation at your home or office during which time we will be able to assess and agree what you would like to achieve in your home or office. This usually takes about an hour.
For this service we charge a weekday rate of £30 and for weekends and evenings we charge £40.
This will be reduced to £20 if you then book us to do decluttering sessions with you. Sessions are charged at £35 per hour weekdays and £40 per hour on the weekends.
Decluttering sessions normally last around 3 to 5 hours and during our initial consultation with you we will advise how many sessions it would take to declutter and reorganise areas of your home or office.
It may be that you would like to use our range of services on an ongoing regular basis or have a project or two that require longer. A pricing package for regular clients can be mutually agreed.
Do you charge for travel?
If travel to your home or office is longer than 20 miles each way (40 miles in total) from Thatcham, Berkshire – travel is free of charge. Any travel in excess of 40 miles will be charged at 45p per mile. This will be discussed during the consultation.
How do I pay?
Payment is by cash, or bank account transfer in advance of or on the day of the first session (BACS details are available on request).
What is included?
- Plastic sacks for placing unwanted items to be disposed of.
- The removal of all items to be recycled to a charity shop of your choice or to a local recycling unit. An additional charge of £20.00 will be made for a car load of items to be taken.

An integral part of Tapioca Tidy’s ethos is to recycle our clients’ unwanted items wherever possible. We can recommend local charities that will be happy to take larger unwanted items and we will bag up your unwanted possessions and deliver them to the local charity shops and re-cycle your items at recycling centres.
